    For those wanting help from start to finish! Perfect for couples with demanding jobs, who live out-of-town or feel overwhelmed planning the wedding on your own. We send and respond to vendor emails on your behalf, manage your budget, bring to life your design and coordinate your wedding weekend!

    Our average wedding management package is $4,000

    Kicking off the planning process:

    2 Months Prior to Wedding Day:

    Creation of minute-by-minute timeline

    Walk-through of the venue(s) and creation of a layout

    Distribution and review of final timeline and layout with vendor team

    Wedding Week Coordination:

    Communication with immediate family and wedding party of necessary details (rehearsal details, beauty locations, etc.)

    Coordination of the ceremony rehearsal can be added on for an additional fee

    Full day-of coordination (up to 16 hours) of wedding party, guests, and vendors

    Overseeing wedding party getting ready and photography

    Decorating the ceremony and reception space with décor provided by the couple

    Directing vendors upon arrival and overseeing vendor setup

    Overseeing transitions and timeliness of schedule

    Cueing the couple and wedding party for timing of each part of the day

    Communication with vendors throughout the evening

    Serving as a "personal assistant" to the couple throughout the night

    Distribution of gratuities

    Overseeing cleanup and packing belongings

    Emergency kit on hand

Rentals & Decor

  • In a pinch and need someone to marry you? All of our team members are able to fulfill this service!

  • Need some extra servers or bussers? Our team has got you covered

    Starting at $850 (4 team member - 4 hours, shoot us a message for a quote for more servers or time!)

  • This is a day of coordination JUST for your wedding party! Couples who typically book this package have large wedding parties (20+) and need help with running around in the morning!

  • With this add on we will have a team member designated to the guest experience at your wedding. From greeting guests, handing out programs, seating guests, making sure they find the restrooms and their seats and anything in between!

  • In lieu of all day coordination, our team comes out to help set up your decorations and make sure all of your details are perfect before your big day!

  • If you’re like us and want your precious pet with you on your wedding day, but don’t want to deal with the wrangling — hire one of our trained and experienced pet coordinators. They will help get your pet into place for pictures, the ceremony and more!
