In accordance with North Carolina ABC regulations, we cannot provide the alcohol itself. Our dry hire mobile bar model means you purchase the alcohol (saving you the typical venue markup!), and we provide the “white-glove” service, mixers, equipment, and expertise to serve it. We will even provide a curated shopping list based on your guest count to make the process effortless.
Absolutely. We take pride in our specialty martini and Old Fashioned programs. Whether it’s a crystal-clear classic martini with hand-stuffed blue cheese olives or a smoked maple Old Fashioned with artisanal bitters, we focus on the balance and temperature of every pour.
We love nothing more than a cohesive aesthetic. Beyond our standard setups, we offer bar customizations—from custom signage and floral installations to personalized garnish programs—to ensure the bar feels like an integrated part of your intentional wedding design.
This is where our concierge bar planning comes in. Once you book, we provide a customized alcohol shopping list tailored to your specific guest count and signature cocktail selections. We calculate exactly how many bottles of bourbon for your Old Fashioneds and gin for your Martinis you’ll need, ensuring you never run out mid-celebration or over-purchase unnecessarily.
While our standard packages include high-quality disposables, we can recommend specialty glassware to your wedding planner. For a truly luxe mobile bar experience, we can coordinate the rental of crystal coupes for your Martinis or heavy-bottomed rocks glasses for your Old Fashioneds. We believe the vessel is just as important as the cocktail itself in creating an intentional wedding design.
Absolutely. We don’t believe in “standard” menus. Every Signature Bartending package includes a custom-designed bar menu that reflects your palate. Whether you want a “His and Hers” cocktail feature or a menu inspired by your travels, we use house-made syrups and botanical garnishes to make sure your bar is a unique reflection of your “Creative Alchemy.”
We are centrally located in NC. Our travel is included within a 15 mile range of our home base. For locations beyond that, we charge a $1.50/mile fee round trip. Our bartenders have and will travel the globe as well.
We require a 50% deposit and a signed contract to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days out from your wedding or event.
We are covered with both liquor and general liability insurance. If your venue needs proof or to be added as additionally insured, please let us know.
Yes! We can create a custom menu based on your preferences! Our fan favorites include our pomegranate mojito mocktail and our Ritual Old Fashioned.
