Organizing a wedding from the Haldi ceremony to the grand reception in just three months is no small feat, yet Isabel did it with such grace and efficiency. Her attention to detail, educating herself on the customs and intricacies of Indian weddings, and her ability to execute everything perfectly left us in awe. The smallest of our ceremonies hosted 70 guests, while the largest celebration welcomed an astonishing 430 people. Remarkably, each event went off without a hitch. Process overview:
Budget Analysis - Oftentimes, one of the biggest stressors is setting a budget! Our team develops a detailed spreadsheet of every weekend expense. This allows us to develop a clear vision and expectations with the entire family before diving into planning.
Design Day- We kick our planning process off with a day of dreaming up the look and feel of each event of your wedding weekend. It all begins with getting to know you, individually and as a couple, in order to design a weekend that represents who you are. We then dive into colors, linens, florals, and so much more!
Bringing Your Vision to Life - We then get to work designing and present to you a detailed design plan! We show you exactly how we will bring your vision to life and introduce you to the dream team who can make it happen. We handle all vendor communication- emails, calls and meetings. But don’t worry, you still get to do all the fun parts like menu and cake tastings!
Monthly Check-Ins - As the wedding approaches, we have monthly check-in calls to share updates, answer any questions, and guide you through the few tasks we cannot handle on your behalf such as selecting your first dance song and making a family photo list.
Final Details- In the final months, we take care of all the last minute details! From mailing invitations and tracking RSVPs to assembling hotel welcome bags and personalized favors. Once your final guest count is in, we adjust all the necessary contracts including catering head count, rentals and floral orders.
Weekend-Of Coordination- We “move in” to the hotel with you and your loved ones to be fully available throughout the weekend. We set up, oversee vendors, welcome guests, coordinate and clean up for each and every event. We stay by your side ensuring you are fed and have a drink in your hand, enjoying every moment of your wedding weekend!
